Hey Gang, After reading a few posts on how people are having problems with their Z's in the winter I had a very scary experience today that I thought I would share. It's really cold here about 20 degrees without windchill. The roads are really dried out but tonight when I was coming home from meeting some co-workers for dinner I was getting on the entrance ramp. I noticed they had something on the road but didn't realize it was sand till it was too late. I guess the sand got on my tires and I was cruising about 35 in 3rd gear, and gave a *little* gas to get ahead of the asshole that wouldn't get over for me to get on the interstate. Well apparently it make the ass end hang out really bad, so input corrective steering well that would of been fine but the sand threw the car all over the damn place and I ended up keeping it between the barriers and spun out in front of a slow'd down 18 wheeler. To say the least I was scared shitless, I spun it around and eased on the gas to get moving to make sure noone ass ended anyone that stopped for me. Just a scary story to help some of us realize how quick things get out of hand. Can you say I'm saving up for traction control..
